The user Settings section is where you manage your personal settings.
User Settings is divided into the following primary areas
Personal Details include:
You name is the name that will be displayed in the system and attributed to your comments and replies.
Your email is the primary email address used by the system. You can save additional emails using the Email Alias settings.
Your user profile is set by the Account administrator and determines your permission levels.
You can select a language. Currently ProofHQ is only available in English. As additional languages are available they will be displayed here.
You can select a Timezone. This will affect notifications such as Deadlines for proofs.
You can select a date and time format.
Note: This will apply to most areas of the application, but not entering a Deadline for new proofs, which is a 24-hour format.
You can select default email notification settings. These are:
You can decide to login to ProofHQ using OpenID. You can set your OpenID settings here.
You can modify their Account details. These will be inherited from the Account details set by the Account admin.
You can set your proof defaults. This will be copied into the New Proof page when you create a New Proof. Proof defaults are:
You can set email aliases for your profile. This means that proofs sent to those emails will appear in your Dashboard.
When you create an alias you will be asked to click a link in a confirmation email before the alias is activated.
The integration options let you setup pre-built integration links with third-party applications. Current integration points are with:
