Branding

You can brand ProofHQ in several ways. Some branding options are only available with Enterprise plans.

 

Branding options include:

• Custom sub-domain, e.g. http://yourname.proofhq.com
• Custom logo in the application header
• Custom logo on proof start-up
• Custom login and logout pages
• Suppression of buttons and links via the API

 

Set-Up Custom Sub-Domain

Enterprise plans include the option to select a custom sub-domain, which means that links to your proofs and your ProofHQ account will include your brand name, http://yourname.proofhq.com. Sub-domains replace the "www" in a web address with your organisations name, or any other word that you choose.

 

All links to your proofs will include your brand e.g. http://yourbrand.proofhq.com/proof/review/id/dfrgdf6g68ga0.

 

To set your sub-domain:

1. Go to your Account tab.
2. Go to the Account Domain Personalization section, click Setup.
3. On the Setup Domain Personalization page enter your brand name, click Save.

 

 

Note: you can only setup your brand name once. It is not editable. If you wish to change it you will need to contact support.

 

Set-Up Custom Logos

All plans include the option to select custom logos, which means that your logo can appear on the proof loading page and the header of the ProofHQ application pages. Your logo can also appear on the login and logout pages if you have a sub-domain set up.

 

To set your logos:

1. Go to your Account tab.
2. Go to the Branding section, click Setup.
3. On the Branding page browse and upload your logos, click Save.

 

 

Web application branding

You have three options for branding the header of the web application:

• Show branding image in header, which shows the logo that you upload
• Show account name in header, which shows your Organisation name in text
• Disable branding, which shows the ProofHQ logo

 

Note: If you would like a transparent logo to go on the dark header please use a transparent PNG or GIF

Note: The hex colour of the header background is 232d2e

Proof loading page branding

You have two options for branding the loading page for each proof

• Show branding image, which shows the logo that you upload
• Disable branding, which shows the ProofHQ logo

 

Note: The logo that you select for the Show branding image option will also be shown on the custom login and logout pages.

 

Web application branding

Show branding image in header

If you choose the Show branding image in header option for the application header it will appear where shown in the screenshot below:

 

 

Show account name in header

If you choose the Show account name option for the application header it will appear where shown in the screenshot below:

 

 

Disable branding in header

If you choose the Disable branding option for the application header the ProofHQ logo will appear as shown in the screenshot below:

 

 

Proof loading page branding

Show branding image

If you choose the Show branding image option for the proof loading page it will appear where shown in the screenshot below:

 

 

Disable branding in header

If you choose the Disable branding option for the application header the ProofHQ logo will appear as shown in the screenshot above.

 

Login and Logout pages

Once you choose a custom sub-domain your logo will appear on the login and logout page.

 

To access you custom login page, just type the address of your custom sub-domain into your browser.

Suppression of buttons and links via the API

If you create proof via the ProofHQ API, you can suppress buttons and links and create your own custom links.
