Printing a Proof

ProofHQ let's you print a proof in two ways:

• Print Comments page, which is a printable report
• Download and print the original file

Print Comments Page

You can print a summary of the proof (including all comments) by clicking on the Print Comments button in the main tools area.

This will open the printable summary page into your browser, which you can then print.  It is an ideal checklist for designers to work from.

The Print Comments page shows each comment in order, together with the full thread for each comment and a thumbnail with the mark-ups for the comment shown.

Download and print original file

You can download and print the orginal file by clicking on the Download File button in the main tools area.

This will download the file to your local machine, which you can then open and print.

Note: you will need the software package that the file was created from in order to open it.
