The proof is divided into the following primary areas
The review & decision tools, located at the top left of the proof, provide simple and easy mark-up and commenting, plus the decision function. These include:

The menus may be hidden when you open the proof. Click on each menu to expand and collapse the menu bar. Menus are

When expanded, the Comments Bar displays the following three tab:
The Comments List: tab provides a running list of the current comments made about the proof listed in the order in which they were made. You can see the reviewer name, the page number, the comment text (truncated) and the number of replies. Clicking on the comment in the list will open the Comment window on the proof and display any mark-ups related to the comment.
You can filter the comment list by person, page and action.
The People List is a list of all of the people who have been added to the proof. It shows the person’s name, role, decision, number of comments and number of replies. There are also Add Person and Remind Person buttons at the top of the tab to add more people or remind existing people.
Clicking on a person's name will filter the Comments List to comments by that person.
The Decisions List shows the decisions that have taken place on the proof in date order.
The Versions List shows the versions for the proof.
The current version is highlighted.
Click on another version to open it.
Click Compare Versions to open two versions side-by-side (see Compare Versions).
Click New Version to create a new version (see New Versions).
Click the maximise button to maximise the sidebar.
The Workspace Items List shows other proofs and files in the same workspace as the current proof.

Click on another proof to open it. Click on a file to download it.
Click Go to workspace to open the workspace details page.
Click the maximise button to maximise the sidebar.
Page navigation is managed both at the bottom of the proof as well as by manipulating the document itself.

You can also move the proof using the Navigation controls. Click the arrows to move the document up, down, left, or right.
Using just the mouse, you can click-and-drag to move the page inside the proof.
If you have a PC mouse with a scroll wheel, you can scroll from page to page.
The Viewing Tools are in the lower-right hand corner and enable you to modify how the document is displayed. These tools include

The proof area is the main area of the proof in which the document is displayed for proofing.
There are a number of ways to navigate through a proof. These include:
There are two ways to pan around the current open page of the proof:
To pan around the current open page of a proof using your mouse, just click on a part of the page and drag it with your mouse until the part you wish to see is displaying in the window.
To move around the current open page of a proof, you can also click on the Overview icon in the lower right-hand corner of the interface (the eye). When the Overview window is displayed, just drag the green box within the window to the place on the current open page of the proof that you wish to view. The proof will automatically move to that location and re-render to display the area.
To change the scale of the proof to, click on one of the Zoom Buttons in the ViewingTools area.
There are several zoom tools:
To move around the currently open page, you can click on an arrow within the on-screen navigation controls located at the bottom of the Proof Area.
To return the document to its center point, click on the middle button
To rotate the proof either clockwise or counter-clockwise 90-degrees, click on the appropriate button in the Viewing Tools.
