New Proof Emails

Proof Made (Proof Failed) email

These two emails are sent to the person who has created a proof.

 

If a person has created a proof AND made another person the owner, then only the owner will get the Proof Made email.

 

You can enable or disable the Proof Made email in your Profile tab:

  1. Login
  2. Click the Profile tab
  3. Click the Edit Personal Details in the Personal Details section
  4. Find the Enable proof created email field and use the checkbox to enable or disable the email

 

 

New Proof Emails

ProofHQ will send an email notification to your reviewers when you create a new proof or add them to an existing proof.  The email will be from you (your email address).  It will contain:

  • You personal message (if you included one)
  • Filename with a link to the proof
  • File size
  • Version number
  • Thumbnail of the first page of the proof

 

 

Batch Uploads and Batch Emails

ProofHQ gives you the ability to upload multiple files at the same time.  You can do this in the web application, or drag and drop from your desktop using the desktop Uploader.  It’s a really useful feature.  Batch uploads have just one email notification to your clients.  That email lists all of files and a separate link to each one. This reduces the amount of email traffic and declutters your inbox.
